Career Services at Dalhousie University is excited to announce that our annual Dalhousie Job and Career Fair is back in person for Winter 2024! The event will take place on February 12th, 2025, from 10:00AM - 3:00PM AST, at the McInnes Room - 2nd floor of Dalhousie's Student Union Building.
Each year, the Dalhousie Job and Career Fair sees hundreds of students and recent alumni participate. With 13 faculties and over 180 programs to recruit from, you will have access to a deep and diverse talent pool, including for full- and part-time hiring, summer, co-op and internship work terms, casual and volunteer opportunities.
Exhibitor Registration Costs:
- Tier 1: Keynote Sponsor Exhibitor ($1,500)
- Tier 2: Event Sponsor Exhibitor ($1,000)
- Tier 3: Corporate/Government Exhibitor ($650)
- Tier 4: Non-Profit/Dalhousie Employer ($350)
- Must have a registered charitable number
Please note that HST (15%) will be added to booth prices.
All Exhibitors (Tiers 1- 4) receive the following:
- 8' x 8' booth space
- Pipe and drape consisting of 8 ft. high back wall, and 3ft. high side walls
- One skirted 6 ft table and two chairs
- Two meal tickets
- Free WiFi
Event Sponsors Exhibitors (Tier 2) will also receive:
- Advance selection of booth location
- Logo and hyperlink placement on official fair and student registration pages
- Exhibitor website hyperlinked on official fair and student registration pages
- Logo placement on DJCF event maps
- Logo placement on DJCF promotional posters
- Logo placement on slides at Prepare for the Fair sessions
- Promotion of role as sponsor on social media
Keynote Sponsor Exhibitor (Tier 1) will also receive:
- Advance selection of booth location
- Logo and hyperlink placement on official fair and student registration pages
- Exhibitor website hyperlinked on official fair and student registration pages
- Logo placement on DJCF event maps
- Logo placement on DJCF promotional posters
- Logo placement on slides at Prepare for the Fair sessions
- Promotion of role as keynote sponsor on social media
- Option to provide promotional materials to be displayed and available for attendees at
the registration table
Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a payment link via email; please note that your registration will only be considered official once the balance has been paid in full. Please note that you will be sent a link for payment upon our office's re-opening on January 2nd.
