Dalhousie Job & Career Fair (Exhibitors)

Career Services is excited to announce that our annual Dalhousie Job & Career Fair is back in person for Winter 2026! The event will take place on Wednesday, February 11th from 10:00 AM-3:00PM on the 2nd Floor of the Student Union Building.

Each year, the Dalhousie Job and Career Fair sees hundreds of students and recent alumni participate. With 13 faculties and over 180 programs to recruit from, you will have access to a deep and diverse talent pool, including for full- and part-time hiring, summer, co-op and internship work terms, casual and volunteer opportunities.

  • Tier 1: Keynote Sponsor Exhibitor ($2,000) - SOLD OUT
  • Tier 2: Event Sponsor Exhibitor ($1,200) - SOLD OUT
  • Tier 3: Corporate/Government Exhibitor ($650) - SOLD OUT
  • Tier 4: Non-Profit/Dalhousie Employer ($350) - SOLD OUT
    • Must have a registered charitable number

Please note that HST will be added to booth prices.

All Exhibitors (Tiers 1- 4) receive the following:

  • 8' x 8' booth space
  • Pipe and drape consisting of 8 ft. high back wall, and 3ft. high side walls
  • One skirted 6 ft table and two chairs
  • Two meal tickets
  • Free WiFi

Event Sponsors Exhibitors (Tier 2) will also receive:

  • Advance selection of booth location 
  • Logo placement on official fair and student registration pages
  • Exhibitor website hyperlinked on official fair and student registration pages
  • Logo placement on DJCF event maps 
  • Logo placement on various DJCF promotional materials
  • Logo placement on slides at Prepare for the Fair sessions
  • Promotion of role as sponsor on social media

Keynote Sponsor Exhibitor (Tier 1) will also receive:

  • +1 additional exhibitor booth, for a total of two
  • +4 additional meal tickets, for a total of six
  • Logo placement and promotional materials at registration table
  • Logo placement and promotional materials at registration table
  • Optional promotion of a pre-fair event, either virtual or in person
  • Advance selection of booth locations
  • Logo placement on the official fair page and student registration pages
  • Exhibitor website hyperlinked on the official fair and student registration pages
  • Logo featured on DJCF event maps
  • Logo featured on various DJCF promotional materials
  • Logo featured on slides during Prepare for the Fair sessions
  • Promotion of keynote sponsor role on social media

Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a separate payment link via email when Dalhousie re-opens on January 5th. Please note that your registration will only be considered official once the balance has been paid in full.
